3–5+ years in paid media, creative, or analytics. You’ve seen what works and what doesn’t and want autonomy to apply good judgment.
Client-comfortable team members
Not every role runs meetings, but everyone is comfortable communicating with clients, answering questions, and collaborating directly when needed.
Self-directed, team-minded contributors
You can take ownership without being micromanaged and work within shared systems, standards, and goals.
People who value shared input
You want to be in an environment where perspectives are respected. Ideas are (very openly) discussed openly, and initiative is encouraged when it improves how we operate.
People obsessed with retention and trust
